These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 2pk365 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 2pk365 online gaming platform available at 2pk365.one and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by 2pk365 in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior terms, agreements, and representations between you and 2pk365. 2pk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15 of this document.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "2pk365" or "the Company" refers to the operator of the Platform, operating under an international online gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the 2pk365 website at 2pk365.one, all associated sub-domains, and any mobile applications provided by 2pk365.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or otherwise accesses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the Player's registered account on the Platform, including all associated wallet balances, bonus credits, and transaction histories.
• "Real Money Balance" means the aggregate of real PKR funds deposited by a Player and any winnings credited to their account, net of withdrawals and losses.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credit granted by 2pk365 subject to applicable wagering requirements, which is distinct from the Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by the Company under its licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole transaction currency of the 2pk365 Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 2pk365, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person of full legal capacity in your jurisdiction of residence;
• Your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 2pk365 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or a person subject to international sanctions without prior written authorisation from 2pk365 compliance;
• You have not previously been permanently excluded or self-excluded from the 2pk365 Platform.

2pk365 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse service, suspend accounts, or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility are not payable and shall be forfeited in full.

To access real-money gaming services on 2pk365, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all 2pk365 accounts:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 2pk365 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and must notify 2pk365 promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 2pk365 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Non-transferability: Your 2pk365 account is personal to you and is not transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any entitlements associated with it to any other person.

2pk365 operates under an international gaming licence that requires the collection and verification of Player identity information as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. Accordingly, all Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. Additionally, 2pk365 may request KYC documentation at any point during a Player's active use of the Platform.

Documents required for 2pk365 KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) showing your full legal name, date of birth, and CNIC number. Both front and back must be submitted.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past three months, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where requested, documentation confirming ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account used for deposits.

2pk365 will review submitted KYC documents within 24 hours in standard cases. During the review period, withdrawal requests may be held pending verification. Accounts that fail KYC verification — or where documents submitted are determined to be fraudulent — will be suspended and the matter referred to relevant authorities as required by the Company's licensing obligations.

All financial transactions on the 2pk365 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL online transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's 2pk365 wallet in real time in most cases; processing delays caused by the payment provider are outside the Company's control.
• 2pk365 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing by 2pk365.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and the Player's KYC status.
• 2pk365 may impose withdrawal holds of up to 72 hours for security review purposes in cases where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
• Only the Real Money Balance is withdrawable. Bonus Balance funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not directly withdrawable until such requirements are satisfied.

2pk365 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. The following general terms apply to all 2pk365 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless otherwise specified.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met using eligible Real Money Balance funds or, where specified, the bonus funds themselves before any withdrawal can be made of amounts derived from a bonus.
• Wagering requirements will typically range from 20× to 50× the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.
• 2pk365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers have no cash value.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• 2pk365 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any specific promotion for any reason at its sole discretion.

The following general gameplay rules apply to all games and betting markets available on the 2pk365 Platform:

• All game outcomes — whether produced by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures — are final once the game round has concluded and the result has been displayed to the Player.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 2pk365's server-side game record shall be the definitive source of truth regarding game state and outcome at the time of disconnection.
• In the event of a system error or malfunction that affects game outcomes, 2pk365 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and return stakes to the Players involved.
• Any bet placed in error — including bets placed at the wrong stake, on the wrong market, or after a market has closed — cannot be reversed once confirmed by the system. Players are advised to review all bet details before confirming.
• Live dealer game rules — including specific card game variant rules, betting limits, and side bet availability — are displayed within each game interface and are binding on the Player.
• Sports betting markets offered by 2pk365 are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each market. In the event of any ambiguity, 2pk365's interpretation of the applicable market rules shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2pk365 Platform:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other purpose;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point in the registration, KYC, or payment process;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
• Colluding with other Players in poker, table games, or sports betting to manipulate outcomes to the detriment of 2pk365 or other players;
• Using any software, bot, artificial intelligence, or automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human gameplay;

• Engaging in bonus abuse strategies including but not limited to low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine risk;
• Using payment methods registered in a name other than your own;
• Making threats, engaging in harassment, or using abusive language toward 2pk365 staff or other players through any Platform channel.

2pk365 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling among its Player community. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible by any verified Player from the Account Settings section at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly net loss threshold. When the limit is reached, betting access is paused for the remainder of the applicable period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your access to the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, account access is restricted though your balance remains intact.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the 2pk365 Platform. Exclusion options range from 30 days to permanent. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Contact [email protected] to activate self-exclusion.

All content on the 2pk365 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphical interfaces, trademarks, logos, text, images, audio, and video — is the proprietary intellectual property of 2pk365 or its content licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the 2pk365 Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from 2pk365;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any Platform software;
• Use any 2pk365 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any context without prior written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on any 2pk365 Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2pk365 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Service interruptions, server downtime, network failures, or technical errors beyond the Company's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Any loss arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, including deposit or withdrawal delays caused by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank;
• Any loss arising from the Player's own violation of these Terms.

The total aggregate liability of 2pk365 to any Player in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total of real-money deposits made by that Player in the same period, or Rs 10,000, whichever is the lesser, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 2pk365 arising from or relating to the Player's use of the Platform, the following procedure must be followed:

1. Step 1 — Initial Complaint: Submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute, including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and the remedy sought. 2pk365 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: 2pk365 will conduct a full internal review of the dispute within 7 business days of acknowledgement and issue a written decision.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to a senior disputes resolution officer within 14 days of the initial decision.
4. Step 4 — External Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after completing all internal steps, you may seek resolution through the independent dispute resolution service associated with 2pk365's operating licence.

No legal proceedings may be commenced against 2pk365 before the internal dispute resolution procedure has been exhausted in full.

Your use of the 2pk365 Platform is also governed by the 2pk365 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail how 2pk365 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data — including your CNIC information, financial transaction records, and gameplay data.

2pk365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where a modification materially affects your rights or obligations as a Player, 2pk365 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by:

• Sending a notification to your registered email address;
• Displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for the duration of the notice period.

Your continued use of the Platform after the expiry of any notice period constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendments. Closure of your account will not affect any rights that have accrued to you under the previous version of the Terms prior to the amendment date.

Minor amendments — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory change — may be made at any time without notice and with immediate effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2pk365 holds its international online gaming licence. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on the basis that they have independently determined that their participation in online gaming does not violate any applicable law of their jurisdiction of residence.
